feat(accounting): Kostenstellen von Eingangsbelegen jederzeit nachträglich ändern

Eigener Endpunkt und MCP-Tool ändern ausschließlich die Positionskostenstellen,
auch bei gebuchten oder einer Bankbuchung zugewiesenen Eingangsbelegen.
