feat(accounting): fehlende PDF von Ausgangsbelegen nacherzeugen

Auf der Belegansicht erscheint "PDF nacherzeugen", wenn ein
fertiggestellter Beleg kein angehängtes Dokument hat. Die PDF wird mit
derselben Logik wie beim Fertigstellen erzeugt und angehängt, ohne den
Datensatz zu speichern.
